1. General Provisions & Acceptance

ck32 is an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between ck32 and any user of its services ("user" or "you").

By using the services listed below, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms:

3. Age Limit & Identity Verification

21+ ck32 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

ck32 may verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

ck32 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and the associated deposited amount may not be refunded.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your ck32 account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone.
• The account must not be allowed to be used by third parties.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

The account holder is personally responsible for all activities carried out from the account. ck32 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it is proven that there was a fault in ck32's security systems.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Deposits

The following methods are currently accepted for making deposits at ck32:

All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled or returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• ck32 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at ck32, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period and conditions.
• If abuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ck32 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds may not be available for wagering on certain games — refer to the specific terms of the promotion in such cases.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

ck32 is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. Our gaming services are protected by SSL encryption.

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, ck32 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the stake.
• Incorrectly displayed payouts or odds due to a technical error will not apply.
• For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, it will be settled according to the relevant betting rules.

If a user wishes to dispute a game result, the support team must be notified within 48 hours of the incident.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Providing false information in order to obtain a bonus or promotion.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots, automation, or any other technique.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to defraud the betting system in collusion with other users.
• Cyber attacks or hacking of the platform's security systems.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

9. Responsible Gaming

ck32 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We take responsible gaming very seriously.

• You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• The option to take a self-imposed break or temporarily pause your account is available.
• Through the Self-Exclusion feature, it is possible to stop using the platform for a specified period.
• If any signs of gaming addiction appear, seek help immediately.

10. Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Termination by ck32

ck32 may terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is established.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• If false or incorrect information has been provided.
• If the account holder is proven to be a minor.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is observed.

In the event of account termination without a valid breach of terms, the remaining net deposit will be returned. However, bonus-related funds and bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be considered void.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck32 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays caused by failure of third-party software or payment providers.
• Service suspension due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.
• Losses caused by a user's own negligence or failure to keep account information confidential.

ck32 always strives to ensure continuity of service, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.

• Your personal information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
